Tender Chicken Meatballs in Creamy Pepper Sauce

To prepare the chicken meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with the egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, sliced onion, and parsley. Season generously with salt and pepper. Form small, walnut-sized meatballs by rolling the mixture between your hands.
Cooking the meatballs:
Heat a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, turning them regularly so they brown evenly. Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
To prepare the pepper sauce:
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of butter, then the ground pepper. Sauté the pepper for about 1 minute to release its aromas. Then add the chicken stock and let it reduce slightly over medium heat. Stir in the cream, season with salt to taste, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
To assemble the dish:
Return the chicken meatballs to the pan with the creamy sauce. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes so the flavors blend well and the meatballs absorb the sauce.
Serving suggestion:
Serve these delicious chicken meatballs with pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables. For a finishing touch, sprinkle the dish with freshly chopped parsley before enjoying.
